Engr. Ibrahim Alkhelaifi obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Technology – Instruments from King Saud University, and achieved his Master’s Degree (MSc) in Medical Physics and Clinical Engineering from Sheffield, United Kingdom.

Engr. Alkhelaifi is an accomplished Operations Leader with more than 28 years of working experience in various areas of Operations Services particularly in a healthcare set up.  Started his career in the field of Biomedical in King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center (KFSHRC).  With his hard work, dedication, and eagerness to learn all areas not only in Biomedical, he eventually upgraded and entrusted a wider responsibility handling an executive role as Chief Operation Officer in King Fahad Medical City (KFMC).  With the gained expertise and managing abilities, last position he held prior to joining CARE Co. was Chief Executive Officer in Spectra Support Services Co.

Engr. Alkhelaifi is currently the Chief Operating Officer in National Medical Care Co.   Under his responsibility are Supply Chain Management Dept., Marketing Dept., Call Center Dept., Biomedical Services Dept., and Operations Services Depts. in two (2) hospitals (Care Medical Rawabi and Care Medical Malaz), plus handling multiple projects within CARE Company.
