National Medical Care Company was established in 2003 as a Closed Joint Stock Company owned by GOSI and a group of shareholders. In 2013, the company became a publicly listed company registered in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul). The company owns Care Medical Hospital AL Rawabi, formerly known as (Social Insurance Hospital), founded in 1990, Care Medical Hospital AlMalaz, founded in 1966, and Family Health Care Center, started its operations in 2017.

National Medical Care Co. announces purchase AL Salam Health Medical Hospital, in the value of 44,000,000 SAR
Care has signed the Agreement on 23-06-2024 to acquire the entire share capital of the Target based on a total value amounting to SAR 44,000,000 subject to customary purchase price adjustments made in light of the completion accounts mechanism under the Agreement.
