Mr. Mohamed Abdulrahman Al-Qesayer is the Chief Human Resources Officer at the National Medical Care Company. He holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the Queensland University of Technology in Australia, and is a certified management consultant from the Ministry of Commerce and a certified key performance indicators expert. Mr. Mohammed Al-Qesater also holds several professional certificates in management and strategic leadership.

Mr. Al-Qesayer has worked for more than 17 years in the private and semi-government sectors in the field of human capital management. He has held the position of Chief Executive Officer of HRL, General Manager of Human Resources for one of the companies of the Public Investment Fund, General Manager of Human Resources for Al Yusr Financing Company, and Human Resources Manager at Al-Fahhad Holding Company. Mr. Mohammed is also a member of the judging committee of the Leaders Program projects in the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), a member of the Executive Committee of the applied college at Shaqra Universtiy, member of the Advisory Offices Committee at the Riyadh Chamber, and deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Consulting Companies Association.
