What is high blood pressure?

Medicines:
Take the medicine as instructed by the doctor and remember that you can control the rate of your blood pressure. Constantly monitor your blood pressure. Inform your doctor about any side effect you may feel, especially a sudden drop in blood pressure (dizziness or fainting).
Food and diet:
- Eating salt-free foods. Natural, sodium-free salt substitutes can be used after consulting a doctor.
- Losing weight by following a special diet.
- Always read the information (labeled) on canned food, because many of them contain very high amounts of salt.
- Eat fresh vegetables and fruits at a rate of 3-4 servings per day.

Physical Activity:
Sports such as walking, jogging, running and swimming, as they are very beneficial for you. Consult your doctor about that.
Preventive Measures:
